To qualify for a return or refund request, customers must meet the following conditions:

          a. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or unusable upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 7 days after receiving the order.

To help us process your request faster, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

depending on product availability and customer preference.

          b. Wrong Product Received

If you receive an item that is different from the product you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, WipeNShine™ will arrange:

  • Shipment of the correct product, or
  • A full refund after the incorrect item is returned.
  1. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Product must remain unused or only minimally used for inspection purposes
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product must include all accessories, labels, and documentation (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return or refund request:

Step 2 – Return Authorization

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the error was caused by WipeNShine™ (wrong item, defective product, damaged shipment), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

  1. Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
