When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1×24 hours on working days after payment is confirmed.
Does WipeNShine ship throughout Indonesia?
Yes, we serve deliveries throughout Indonesia through trusted expeditions.
How long is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping company and your location. Generally, it takes 2–5 business days for Java and 3–7 business days for shipping outside Java.
How to track an order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be tracked via the website or app of the shipping company you choose.
Can I change the shipping address after checkout?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact customer service immediately after placing your order.
What should I do if my order is late or doesn't arrive?
Contact customer service with your order number. Our team will help check with the shipping company.
Warranty & Return FAQ
Do WipeNShine products have a warranty?
Yes. We provide a product quality guarantee. If there’s any damage or the product isn’t as described, we’re ready to replace it.
What if the product arrives in damaged condition?
Please send us unboxing photos/videos within 3 days of receiving the item. We will review and provide a replacement solution.
Can I submit a return?
Yes. Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, has a factory defect, or does not match the order. Returns are not applicable for misuse.
Who bears the return costs?
If the error is on our part (wrong/damaged product), the return costs will be fully covered by WipeNShine.
How long does the product conversion process take?
Once proof of damage is verified, the exchange will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made before an order is shipped. Once an order has been processed by the shipping company, cancellations cannot be made.
