Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping company and your location. Generally, it takes 2–5 business days for Java and 3–7 business days for shipping outside Java.

Warranty & Return FAQ

Yes. We provide a product quality guarantee. If there’s any damage or the product isn’t as described, we’re ready to replace it.

Please send us unboxing photos/videos within 3 days of receiving the item. We will review and provide a replacement solution.

Yes. Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, has a factory defect, or does not match the order. Returns are not applicable for misuse.

If the error is on our part (wrong/damaged product), the return costs will be fully covered by WipeNShine.

Once proof of damage is verified, the exchange will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Cancellations can be made before an order is shipped. Once an order has been processed by the shipping company, cancellations cannot be made.
